Stop a finished timer with a double-tap
How cooks clear a ready timer and undo a mistake.

Double-tap the red card
When a card flashes red, double-tap it. The alarm stops and the batch is saved to history.

Undo if needed
An Undo button shows for 4 seconds. Tap it to bring the timer back.

Change the behavior
In Manage > Settings, a manager can choose what a double-tap does: reset, acknowledge only, or nothing.
